John at JR Engineering just saved us 2 weeks, plus at least a few hundred dollars ($200-300 for copies and more meetings and time from JR Engineering). He convinced the city that we didn't need to go through another round of submittals and we'll go straight to public hearing. Wow! That was unexpected.
A good surprise for once. Not sure what the timing of the public hearing will be, but I'll call Steve Olt later today.
