Wayne got turned away from the city again to apply for the building permit. Seems that the person that handles those applications told him we had to submit the money for the escrow account prior to plan check, rather than at the time the building permit is issued.
It really doesn't matter to me since we'll have to do it either way, so I had to double check the amount with the city.
Wayne will try to submit today.
